To produce timely and accurate gold-copy investment data per assigned data domain with a focus on operational efficiency and output quality. To execute and analyze a wide variety of complex data exception reports, quality control queries, and periodic reports in a timely and accurate manner. Proactively engages and works collaboratively with colleagues across FFS and IMG to improve and sustain operational processes.

Core Responsibilities

Investment Data Production
Deliver timely and accurate gold-copy investment data across assigned
domains, focusing on operational efficiency and output quality. Manage
competing priorities and tight deadlines while analyzing multiple inputs to meet operational goals. Investigate data exceptions with internal and external partners and maintain controls to ensure data integrity and approved distribution.

Reporting & Quality Control
Execute and analyze daily and periodic data reports and quality control queries. Troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and ensure data feeds are accurately loaded. Escalate issues appropriately and provide reporting support for
regulatory and internal needs.

Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve efficiency and data quality. Conduct root cause analysis of data errors and propose both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Build strong relationships within the Data Management community and
collaborate across teams to improve global operational processes. Share
expertise and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Product & Operational Knowledge
Develop deep knowledge of assigned funds and securities, understanding their impact on global operations and downstream systems. Use this knowledge to support the production of high-quality data.

Project Support
Participate in testing, system monitoring, and other project-related activities. Use business knowledge to create test cases and monitoring reports that
ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Procedures & Controls
Maintain and enhance Data Management procedures and workflows. Identify and escalate control gaps promptly to ensure resolution and compliance with control standards.

Special Projects
Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and training.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with financial or investment data is beneficial.

• Proficiency in data tools and systems (e.g., Excel, SQL, data management platforms) is a plus.
