About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant on the Digital Engagement Mobile Growth marketing team within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB).

The mission of CSBB Consumer Marketing is to deliver financial solutions that rebuild trust and meet the needs of our key consumer segments by using data-driven insights and personalized marketing capabilities that create incremental customer growth, build deep relationships and improve customer experience.

In support of this mission, the CSBB Mobile Growth Marketing team is responsible for developing and launching marketing strategies for mobile adoption and usage in support of the SDI mobile business goals and strategies; leveraging deep insights and analytics about consumers. The team builds strategic marketing plans and channel recommendations to execute customer messaging across all channels and touch points; and leveraging capabilities that move toward real-time, always-on, personalized and compelling messaging and digital experiences.

The Mobile Growth Marketing, Lead Marketing Consultant, position on the CSBB Marketing team focuses on leading marketing strategy development for Wells Fargo mobile app adoption marketing messaging and executing the program management of those marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have superior skills in developing and executing mobile marketing integrated strategies across various marketing channels and across organization teams. Channel marketing includes but not limited to: social media, digital on-us, email, in-branch, print, and ATM. Candidate must possess outstanding campaign strategy development skills, project management, time management, communication (both written and verbal), and relationship building skills. Be a strong influencer across the organization and groups with the ability to clearly articulate opportunities and issues, conceptualize solutions and work with COEs/partners to align the vision and flawlessly execute with reduced risk while meeting timely deadlines. Candidate must have a bias to action and demonstrate the ability to translate and prioritize initiatives with clear, actionable deliverables and timing. The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate campaign performance data and formulate effective marketing program optimization plans across multiple channels. Candidate must have experience with new, large scale marketing campaign strategy development across various marketing channels.

In this role, you will:

  • Create, develop and launch integrated marketing strategies and plans for mobile app features, tools and services.
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of multi-channel complex marketing initiatives from conception to completion- includes ideation, opportunity sizing, using customer research and competitor insights, strategy and program development, proof of concept design and testing, performance measurement, and managing overall program implementation in a timely fashion.
  • Successfully collaborates across teams in the organization to find integration points and connects marketing messaging and efforts to deliver on a marketing strategy that spans multiple groups and communication workstreams.
  • Oversee campaign execution and proactively communicate progress of key milestones to stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables to meet agreed upon launch dates.
  • Easily maneuvers change and adapts efficiently across various campaign channels and elements, knowing what to adjust to keep deliverables on track.
  • Use customer data and campaign performance data to optimize existing marketing and form new strategies that are based on data driven decisions.
  • Manage the big picture & strategy while being capable to dive into details when needed to resolve issues.
  • Utilize a customer centric focus across marketing plans to ensure the marketing experience meets and exceeds customer needs and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience building integrated marketing strategies across channels and enterprise groups
  • Ability to use analyze business goals and KPIs to develop a customer centric marketing strategy
  • Uses data driven and customer research insights to create strategic marketing recommendations
  • Experience creating and implementing integrated direct marketing programs using digital and offline channels
  • Ability to analyze trends in the competitive marketplace and related marketing developments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior skills in developing marketing campaign execution plans across various channels including but not limited to the following: social media, digital on-us, email, in-branch, print, and ATM.
  • Outstanding project management and time management skills
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem/opportunity, conceptualize solutions and work with COEs/partners to gain their support and flawlessly execute with reduced risk and within deadlines.
  • Bias to action and demonstrate the ability to translate and prioritize initiatives with clear, actionable deliverables and timing.
  • Ability to successfully juggle multiple campaign execution tasks while meeting aggressive timelines.

Pay Range

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
