NLS involves in creating Loan Number for few of the Warehouse Loans based on the Lenders. Verifying Borrower related information from the Loan Documents & updating the same in the System. Verifying the Loan & Property Information from Loan Documents & updating the same in Strategy. It also supports the Client Solutions team which majorly works on the Borrower requests.
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Commercial Loan Servicing Representative
In this role, you will:
- Update and analyze the company’s mortgage loan system of record and other systems with appropriate data
- Generate systems queries, as required/requested
- Complete tasks that require the review of reports, system data, loan documentation, and other collateral or loan related information
- Accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge and experience in commercial mortgage servicing related tasks, processes and activities including commercial mortgage loan structures and interpretation of loan documents
- Ability to interpret and understand different types of loan documents
- Good communication - verbal and written
- Good problem-solving skills and exhibit and eye for detail
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word MS Access
- Ability to adapt to change
- Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
- Working with team members and be an active participant
- Exhibits a commitment to the company
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
- Demonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstances
- Ability to communicate well with US counterparts, as required
- Takes ownership for responsibilities
- Flexible to work different shifts as per the business requirement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Eligible candidate should be a Commerce graduate.
- Good knowledge on commercial mortgage servicing and products
- Understanding of loan documents
Standard shift time:
7.30 am - 4.30 pm (BLR) & 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (HYD)
