About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager for its Mobile App team. As part of this team, you will help drive the Digital transformation and will drive delivery of strategic projects and programs to meet the increasing demand and keep up with the changing needs of our customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships at all levels.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results.
  • Great analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
  • Experience with Mobile and Digital platforms and products, growth and adoption activities within financial services or banking strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC or PDLC delivering web & mobile products.
  • Agile management tools such as Jira, Jama, Confluence


Job Expectations:

  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Role is not eligible for 100% remote. Candidates must be willing to work onsite. Location preference is Charlotte, North Carolina and San Francisco, California

Base Compensation Range:

Pay Range for San Francisco, California: $138,500 - $287,600 annually

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
