About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Manager.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors in roles with low to moderate complexity and risk, executing against data product strategy and roadmaps to drive enablement and capabilities across platforms and utilities; engage stakeholders and internal partners associated or affected by its outcomes
  • Will be responsible for leading teams focused on Data Analysis in Production Support and Change Function
  • Analyze the Eligibility Rules process and roadmap to highlight deficiencies and challenge status quo
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for data product roadmaps and data enablement with a focus on data governance and standards
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations for functional area and team to meet business objectives that drive the enablement of data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting; interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of data product responsibility
  • Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers including business, risk partners, and technical staff within Enterprise Data Management and Technology
  • Provide guidance to the team on best practices, methods, and tools to support and design innovative data products enabling data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
  • Familiarity with Python or a similar programming language for data analysis / data wrangling is a plus
  • Prior experience developing automated Eligibility and/or Targeting platforms
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the financial industry


Required Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of leadership experience


Required Qualifications:

  • 13+ Experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 8+ years of Leadership experience
  • Experience of leading teams in Big Data / Data Lake Environments like Teradata, MongoDB
  • Experience in Adobe Engagement Platform and / or experience in Marketing data analytics team for Data sourcing / Data Curation would be preferred
