About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support Model Risk Governance. This position will be expected to interact with model owners and other stakeholders during all model life cycle stages in order to ensure the effective governance of model development/use/evaluation processes. This requires a highly organized person that is able to communicate and multi-task effectively and can quickly grasp information communicated in various formats. The role requires both an analytic and risk management background.

In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with model risk management and oversight; ability to evaluate model risk along complexity, reliance, and materiality risk dimensions
Experience as a model developer or validator, or in a model oversight role
Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, such as regression analysis, time series analysis, multivariate analysis, and other supervised and unsupervised learning
Experience and knowledge with quantitative modeling tools
Understanding of a wide spectrum of operational risk and control areas
Knowledge of regulatory laws/guidance and/or compliance experience working on high-visibility strategic initiatives and/or regulatory programs/projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact and lead discussions comfortably with senior levels of management
Proven ability to produce and publish clear and concise reports
Experience creating and managing policy and procedure requirements

This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC, San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY approximately 3 days a week
Pay Range:
Charlotte, NC: $84,000 - $149,400
New York, NY: $100,800 - $179,200
San Francisco, CA: $100,800 - $179,200
