About the role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to support Generative AI use case orchestration. In this role, you will work closely with Business Groups/Enterprise Functions (BG/EF) to articulate their use cases, manage through intake, and provide product management support. This role will work closely with BG/EF, data science, and technology platform teams as they drive solution and delivery.

You can work independently with senior business contacts, yet have strong judgement for when to raise awareness for others. You can thrive in fluid and fast-moving environment. You embrace innovation, collaboration, and experimentation to uncover new and unique opportunities for product advancement

You are ideally a strong communicator, able to develop a vision, break it down to its critical elements and collaborate cross - functionally to weave a business case. Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9-12 years of experience in product management, preferably with 2+ years in AI/ML product management.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, specifically Large Language Models
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban in a multi-team environment
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business, technology and risk teams
  • Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to function effectively under pressure in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands and crisis management.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement, quality methodology and project/operations delivery skills
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across; ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to executive staff, business sponsors and technical resources in clear concise language.
  • Strong customer management and negotiation skills and the ability to mediate opposing viewpoints and articulate the advantages of standards in a technical environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for innovation and/or entrepreneurship.
