About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator


In this role, you will:

  • Support the operations of a specific business line
  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
  • Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
  • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRMs) including Salesforce
  • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking
  • Experience in problem analysis and solution implementation
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important


Job Expectations:

  • This position will serve as a part of CIB Banking COO team, which provides industry coverage in coordination with partners across Wells Fargo. Our industry-aligned model covers Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Energy & Power, Financial Institutions, Industrials, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure verticals.
  • The role requires to provide an ongoing business support to the users of CRM platform, responsible for analyzing data, improving data quality, partnering with the broader Wells Fargo organization, and running the day-to-day operations of the business to execute on activities including but not limited to:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate information across all CIB clients
  • Maintain data integrity and pipeline management in CRMs and other Systems of Records
  • Monitor opportunities throughout deal lifecycle and flag triggers
  • Implement periodic follow-up efforts to drive sales execution in Investment Banking
  • Research and analyze client information across multiple tools and platforms, including but not limited to Salesforce.com
  • Partner with Chief Operating Officers and product partners for CIB level strategic initiatives by providing consistent flow of information, periodic data sanitization and flagging data discrepancies
  • Key skill sets needed: Data gathering, analysis and presentation, Problem-solving skills, Business acumen, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Knowledge or ability to learn key systems including Salesforce & other internal financial reporting tools.
