In this role, you will:
- Conduct investigations and gather comprehensive evidentiary materials on cases with moderate to high risk or complexity related to individual allegations
- Train, consult, and provide risk based investigative products and services to all lines of business
- Gather comprehensive evidentiary materials using technology expertise
- Guide and execute internal investigation programs with moderate to high risk or complexity
- Make risk-based decisions in compliance with company based on legal and regulatory requirements and recommend actions in response to investigations
- Present recommendations for case resolution
- Provide examination of complex allegations and diverse staff relations problems using independent judgment based on in-depth review of company policy and procedures and employment law legislation
- Function under a moderate degree of guidance and supervision with limited exposure to client senior management
- Create and provide communication to reporting parties, investigators and leaders as well as law enforcement and legal counsel
- Collaborate with staff relations, legal, business management, and other resources to offer decision recommendations based on investigation results
- Serve as the primary client contact on assigned casework
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
