About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Director of Product Management for its suite of consumer mobile apps within Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI). Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop two or more specialized teams of managers and digital professional individual contributors with focus on supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a large business line or functional area for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have enterprise-wide impact
  • Lead the team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables like content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management
  • Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems and managing interdependencies
  • Previous product management experience with foundational digital capabilities, particularly for access and authorization, customer communications, and front-end development and personalization technologies
  • In depth experience with product delivery, Jira, and Agile
  • Advanced communication skills at multiple levels

Job Expectations:

  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Role is not eligible for 100% remote. Candidates must be willing to work onsite. Location preference is Charlotte, North Carolina and San Francisco, CA.

Pay Range

$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
