About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant for our Annual Content Review Team in Bangalore, India as part of Home Lending group. Annual Content Review Team is responsible for reviewing digital marketing content across Wells Fargo product and digital platforms. The team works with key stakeholders to ensure customers view accurate content.


In this role, you will:

• Maintain and manage inventory of digital content, including creation and management of the calendar when content needs to be reviewed.

• Learn the annual content review process and other key policies to be confident in educating stakeholders on the requirements of content review.

• Apply critical thinking and problem solving when stakeholders push back on key date deliverables.

• Drive content review activities in partnership with other stakeholders to meet deadlines outlined in the inventory spreadsheet.

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of content prior to the legal and compliance review.

• Manage the legal and compliance review process. Track and process legal and compliance reviews across several platforms within Wells Fargo.

• Engage legal and compliance to reconcile comments when needed to determine the appropriate disclosures or clarify comments.

• Navigate workflow tools to complete the review and remediation process.

• Communicate with the content authors to successfully publish changes on time according to the inventory tracker dates.

• Coordinate remediation activities and update websites with the appropriate business partners.

• Ensure proper tracking and archiving of all artifacts in the correct record retention repository.

• Escalate problems to a manager in a timely manner.

• Ability to map out reports, dashboards, and other data visualization methods.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Able to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve the process
  • Self-motivated to identify opportunities and propose solutions to business partners
  • Ability to process a high volume of work within established deadlines, accurately
  • Ability to learn processes quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work
  • Good presentation skills
  • Persuasive written and verbal skills, ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats
  • Exhibits confidence when discussing processes, policy requirements, and deliverables with stakeholders
  • Ability to identify risk within processes and escalate issues to management
  • Ability to lead through adversity, adjust and manage to change priorities.
  • Financial services industry experience preferred.
