About the Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant, to be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad. Role will report locally to the Head of Business Continuity & Incident Management for Wells Fargo (India & Philippines).

This is a business partner facing role where the individual is expected to collaborate with teams Stateside, to ensure that year on year Resiliency Plans remain relevant and robust. The role requires a high performer with an eye for detail who can deliver quality outcomes within SLAs.

In this role, you will:

  • This role will perform quality assurance type activities within the enterprise resiliency program to ensure quality and compliance with policies and procedures. This could include detailed reviews on business continuity plans and technology continuity plans to identify, document, validate and track remediation of findings to closure with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Responsibilities extend beyond quality assurance and could include validation testing; report management; liaising with partner resiliency programs, Control, Independent Risk Management, and Audit; program support to drive continuous improvement and program maturity using subject matter expertise.

  • We are looking for a team player who is great at execution, provides best in class customer support, proactively collaborates across the organization, and possesses strong influencing skills. The individual is agile, proficient in navigating complex organizations and thrives in rapid, large-scale changes to business processes and organizational structure.

  • The individual will be expected to independently manage a volume of reviews and multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines. All service level agreements must be met by following documented procedures/checklists with precision. A considerable amount of time will be spent evaluating data for accuracy through report extracts, excel spreadsheets, and source system data therefore 100% attention to detail is needed.

  • Communication with business partners in a timely manner, proactive escalation of risks to leadership, and identifying trends for continuous improvement are key elements of the job.

  • A successful candidate in this role makes decisions with accuracy, is self-motivated, process driven, excels in managing large volumes, and does what’s right. A background in business resiliency and continuity concepts is a must.

  • Candidate must have strong and proficient communication skills and excel at articulating complex concepts and findings in a clear and succinct manner; verbal and written. Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to audiences of varying size. A sample write up by the interviewee will be a part of the selection process for which no prior preparation is needed.

  • Timings will require at least half day overlap with USA, a regular workday will be from 2.30pm IST – 11.30pm IST, subject to earlier or later hours at times. Candidate must be based out of Wells Fargo India location and will be required to work in the office as per organization’s In Office Adherence / Return To Office (RTO) at a minimum of 3 days per week.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate with 8-10 years’ experience in Business Continuity or Resiliency Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Wells Fargo BRDR Certification

Desired Qualifications:

Working knowledge of and experience with resiliency tools and reporting. Experience working with Operational Resiliency System (ORS) and BCP Central is a plus. CBCI or CBCP industry certification from the BCI, UK or DRII, USA

Additional Language:

  • Ability to partner & collaborate with stakeholders located both locally & globally in achieving shared business objectives and goals.

  • Will require at least half day overlap with US, a regular workday will be from 2:30 PM IST-11:30 pm IST, subject to earlier or later hours at times as business need requires.

  • Candidate must be based out of posted location (Hyderabad/Bangalore) and will be required to work in office.

  • Candidate must be based out of Wells Fargo India location and will be required to work in the office as per organization’s In Office Adherence / Return to Office (RTO) at a minimum of 3 days per week.
