In this role, you will:
- Effective management of case and task queue while observing to meet quality expectations and service level agreement.
- Research, analyze, and present accurate and efficient solution to Reports to Managers’ requests while staying compliant to applicable policies and procedures.
- Ensure processing compliance with Corporate Policy and Data Privacy Guidelines.
- Offer ad-hoc support in different BAU projects in the operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
- Experience in operations support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
- With principles of research, analysis and strategy
- Strong analytical and data management skills along with superior attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good with details and have strong interpersonal skills
- Good communicator, keeping Reports to Manager informed on the status of queries, issues, and concerns
- Experience in effective handling of escalations
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Amenable to work 100% onsite
