About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Executive Administrative Specialist to perform executive admin functions to enable FHP priorities and goals. This candidate will be responsible for supporting a major transformation in the way we deliver services, including new cloud modeled data centers, new and modern development tools, adoption of a product operating model based on agile principles, and a customer-center frictionless delivery approach


In this role, you will:

  • Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
  • Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
  • Support projects
  • Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
  • Act as information source on group and company policies
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with external customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of executive level support (e.g., CIO, CTO, COO, CEO, CFO) or military experience
  • Multiple years of exp in Microsoft Suite of Applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Words).
  • Strong leadership skills and be able to understand and contribute to team concept
  • Interpersonal skills and self-motivated with little to no supervision
  • Showing high aptitudes of integrity and trustworthy while exhibiting duties
  • Comfortable with working effectively under high pressure and strict time constraints


Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

  • Experience in Executive Administration, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Well organized and detailed oriented
  • Be the eyes and ears of the organization and be sensitive to the needs of employees and customers.
  • Be a strong personality and not easily intimidated.
  • Have a keen understanding of the organization-the vision, business direction and mission – and be committed to same
