In this role, you will:

Drive Operational Excellence & No Code Automation

  • Drive the design and implementation of the Microsoft Power Automate operating and delivery model for Global Operations
  • Lead automation initiatives within a fast-paced environment across the Enterprise
  • Partner with peers and business leaders to develop a strong demand and pipeline for no code automation services
  • Facilitate the design and build of automation solutions in a no-code / low-code environment
  • Oversee the solution deployment process and assists with change management and implementation of process improvements and solutions
  • Perform financial and control analysis to determine benefits of the automation

Develop & Implement No Code Automation Strategy

  • Define and execute strategic initiatives to push the boundaries of various no code automation products
  • Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex larger-scale or longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex situations that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Provide guidance to less experienced resources
  • Collaborate strategically and consult with all levels to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy and create then execute corresponding business plans and initiative

Partner & Collaborate

  • Consult with technology partners and business leaders to determine the most effective solution to problems
  • Leverage business acumen and soft skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships in a matrixed organization
  • Provide thought leadership in the area of innovation, operational excellence, continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience consulting clients on the design and implementation of Power Automate solutions
  • 2+ years of experience consulting clients on the design and implementation of workflow automation
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans in large, global organizations is preferred
  • Masters in Business Administration or Management from top tier university strongly preferred
  • Experience in delivering strategic business advisory services at a top tier bank or consulting firm is strongly preferred


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
  • Ability to work overnight and weekends as needed or scheduled
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
