Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant as part of the Public, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Division of the Wells Fargo Legal Department. This role will provide operational support and will join the Corporate Governance team of professionals. This role is crucial to the success of the team.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and capture basic project dependencies and interdependencies, ensure appropriate business deliverables are produced and milestones are met and actions align to project plans
- Present recommendations for setting, tracking, and managing project deliverables and timelines and develop business related tasks for project planning and tracking
- Exercise independent judgment to guide project plans, budgets, resolution of issues and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines
- Design and implement processes to support the Corporate Governance team in managing, among other things, the Wells Fargo’s proxy statement, shareholder engagement program and annual shareholders meeting
- Create and manage project plan for the drafting, review, filing and distribution of the Wells Fargo proxy statement and for the annual shareholders meeting
- Coordinate investor outreach timeline and materials and track feedback received from shareholders during engagement meetings
- Oversee and manage distribution of key documents to relevant stakeholders in accordance with project timelines
- Create and maintain calendars and timelines for the proxy statement, shareholder engagement and annual shareholders meeting
- Maintain contact lists (internal and external) for proxy working group, including external vendors
- Work independently to make recommendations for function by providing support and leadership
- Provide additional support to a specialized area within the Legal Department on other projects and processes (including other governance processes) using a high degree of communication and organizational skills
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Exceptional execution, project management and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) skills along with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and applications
- Self-motivator with high attention to detail and strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a large financial services company
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule and requires onsite presence from any of the required locations listed

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00Benefits
