About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant.

This role will be within the EMEA Markets COO team and will work closely with all LOB Markets COOs to support cross markets initiatives and projects. The primary focus of the role will be to support the EMEA Markets COO team with day-to-day operational task and cross markets projects.


In this role, you will:

  • Centrally co-ordinate cross markets LOB projects/asks for the EMEA Markets COO team.

  • Providing operational support for the Markets business and EMEA Markets COO team.

  • Provide operational efficiencies and implement best practices for EMEA Markets COO periodic processes.

  • Helping support the EMEA Markets COO team to ensure the EMEA Markets team adhere with all the relevant internal and external policies, procedures, and training requirements.

  • Managing day to day queries from the desk and EMEA Markets COO team.

  • Maintain centrally shared information amongst the EMEA Markets COO team.

  • Working with cross functional business partners and in collaboration with the business manager, to help deliver projects and day-to-day book of work.

  • Provide support in developing and implementing relevant metrics and budgets.

  • Engage with regional desk heads as well as global COO teams/desk heads in managing change, risk and responding to queries.


Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to develop operational reporting and performing complex data analysis

  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

  • Broad conceptual thinking and work-planning skills

  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn potentially new subject matter

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in problem analysis and solution implementation, and successful change management

  • Experience and knowledge of the Markets business.

  • Deep understanding in operational risk management.

  • Experience with engaging with control, compliance, legal, technology, operations, finance, and internal audit.

  • To complete all task at a high level, to collaborate across businesses and functions to complete task and projects. Always have a high level of attention to detail and continuously be proactive.
