Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager to holistically own the CTO Data & Analytics Reporting Services product and work with the product team to create meaningful customer value. You will leverage your solid understanding of the customers and the business problems to be solved or use transferrable strategic, analytic, and research skills to collaborate closely with the product owners and product team and define, discover and deliver product value.
In this role, you will:
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor product goals and performance indicators.
- Partner and collaborate across the organization and with customers and stakeholders to make strategic decisions throughout the product lifecycle to improve the customer experience and deliver maximum product value.
- Engage in industry, technology, and customer ecosystem research and discovery to effectively identify, anticipate, and monitor market and customer challenges, needs, and trends.
- Maintain continuous and cadenced communication with product owners to ensure they understand the product vision, timelines, and prioritization and are executing on the vision established for the product.
- Enable the removal of impediments to achieve the customer and business outcomes for the product.
- Manage the corporate investment by allocating the product budget to appropriately address priorities and maximize value.
- Serve as the product representative to enterprise governance and policies (Enterprise Change Management, Software Delivery Lifecycle, Legal Risk Control Compliance, etc.).
- Ensure product vision and strategy incorporate a holistic product approach towards sustainability, quality, scalability, etc.
- Demonstrate continuous growth in understanding customer, product, and organizational needs.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7 + years of Business Intelligence experience, including conducting quantitative analysis
Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, MBA, Mathematics, Business, Technical, Data Mining or related fields
- Ability to extrapolate insights from data, develop actionable recommendations and present findings to an executive audience
- Experience with Big Data and Visualization tools, understand how to leverage platforms to blend data from multiple sources to help answer key business questions
- Ability to drive business value through advanced analytics and insights
- Experience with human centered design principles
- Strong risk management leadership skills
- Strong dependency management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
- Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead
- Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader and subject matter expert
- Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
- Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL, or a history of establishing value oriented measures for Cloud and data center infrastructure
- Hybrid work environment. The selected candidate will need to be in the office 3 days per week in one of the listed locations

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00Benefits
