About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager - Conferencing & Multimedia Services Engineering.


In this role, you will:

  • Serve as global Product Owner for Conferencing & Multimedia Services L2 Product managing the technology and customer experience across the global footprint.
  • Drive global product transformation initiatives by leading the strategic initiatives, backlog management, stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate and facilitate work across cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Real Estate and other key business partners).
  • Manage the functional OKRs for various initiatives and deliverables across the L1/L2 teams in Engineering & Implementation functions.
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
  • Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Build strategic and effective end to end change management plan for various user segments.
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise on implementing innovative & effective technology experience through various programs and initiatives.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
  • Be responsible for leading an agile team in maintaining a highly stable technology infrastructure, ensuring 100% compliance with enterprise standards and timelines.
  • Perform Gap and Risk analysis, identify and communicate functional and technical risk associated with project development and delivery with stakeholders, team members and leadership.
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership with regular, timely and comprehensive reports.


Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Must have very good understanding in Conferencing & Multimedia products (Cisco, Poly, Lifesize, Crestron, Extron and other AV platforms)
  • Understanding and working with Video conferencing solutions like, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex etc

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, product management, written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to peers and executive leadership. Ability to communicate and collaborate effective across global teams.
  • Experience working & managing global technology teams & landscape.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously & seamlessly.
  • Stakeholder management - comfort in high-level business discussions with internal and external executives.
