In this role, you will:

  • Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
  • Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
  • Receive direction from supervisors
  • Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
  • Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
  • Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
  • Experience in Document Capture Imaging/validation platforms.
  • Experience in Web Based production tools.
  • Experience in quality control / quality assurance process.
  • Knowledge of Risk and Control framework
  • 6+ months experience utilizing Document Standard Quick Search Tool.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Document Capture Center of Excellence (DCCOE) policies and procedures (also known as Information Management)
  • Strong knowledge base and experience with Document Recognition
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards of the department.
  • Identify and communicate risks and problem areas.
  • Review programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal operations, policies, procedures.

  • Shift is Monday- Friday 7:30AM - 4:00pm position is fully in office
