In this role, you will:

  • Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation
  • Direct information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
  • Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions
  • Provide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
  • Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions
  • Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings
  • Manage the most complex and critical information assets
  • Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security
  • Serve as information security lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and teams
  • Coordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risks
  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • B.E or B. Tech or equivalent degree in Technology
  • 9+ years of Cyber security monitoring in the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud security, Application security, network security, and Infrastructure security
  • 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain operations and monitoring of events related to authentication, authorization, provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control, reconciliation, access certification, privileged account management.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud security monitoring products such as Azure Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Google command center, PRISMA, Sonrai etc.
  • Hands-on experience in reviewing and monitoring alerts through Security Orchestration Automation Remediation (SOAR) platform/products such as Cortex, Sentinel, Splunk Security etc.
  • Knowledge on financial services Cybersecurity risk management frameworks such as NIST, MITRE, Cloud security etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding HIPAA, PCI, GLBA, SOX, and SAS70
  • Knowledge of privileged access management and best practices to secure privileged accounts on cloud platform
  • Knowledge/ work experience on KQL and GoLang Terraform, query and extract custom logs.
  • Knowledge/ work experience on Azure Active Directory, Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access Policy, Monitor.
  • Knowledge/ work experience on Cloud Log Analysis, Audit Logs, Security Logs.
  • Knowledge/ work experience on Google Identity Access Management and Admin, Roles, Monitor
  • Knowledge of Identity data analytics, privileged threat analytics and Machine Learning algorithms, models to detect insider threats and privileged access risks
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
