Wells Fargo is seeking an APAC Market Graduate Analyst (Macro Strategies) / Securities Strategies Program Analyst to join our growing team in Singapore for the 2025 Graduate Programme. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojob.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Head of Macro Strategy in analysis, creating client presentation and addressing client queries.
  • Participate in client-focused strategic and analytical low-complexity support initiatives, including client requests, new business development, and general analytical and presentation support
  • Support sales and clients with customized analysis to help clients make investment decisions
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables
  • Maintain and enhance internal models and systems
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of Securities Strategies function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders to provide data and analyses, including internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Securities Strategies or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Qualification/ requirements:

  • Knowledge of APAC FX and rates markets and central banks along with understanding of monetary and geopolitical issues which drive currency and bond flows.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Solid mathematical and analytical ability
  • Ability to work dynamically and prioritise issues.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and CMFAS Exam Pass for M1RES1B/M2RES2B/M6 CM-EIP/CM-SIP papers (prior to licensing)
