Come join our 16-week paid return-to-work program. It’s designed specifically for individuals who are seeking to restart their careers in a global Investment Bank. With the Glide program, you'll receive the resources and support necessary to accelerate your professional growth.
On the program, you will spend 80% of your time fully immersed in a specific role aligned with your expertise and aspirations. This hands-on experience will refresh your skills allowing you to hit the ground running and showcase your potential.
The remaining 20% of your time will be dedicated to a cohort curriculum experience led by a program manager. This unique opportunity includes coaching, soft skills workshops, and opportunities to network with senior leaders. You will be assigned a “Buddy” who will be able to provide invaluable guidance during your time with us to help you excel.

Banking Capital Markets
The BCM team sits within Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank and is dedicated to understanding the unique competitive and operating environments of our clients. The group combines strong relationships and industry knowledge with superior capital markets and advisory capabilities that includes debt underwriting, loan syndications and corporate finance solutions. The team maintains active relationships with a broad universe of large corporate, financial sponsor and institutional clients, and is highly experienced in delivering exceptional execution. BCM is organized across coverage and product teams. Within our coverage group we have teams covering Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, M&A and Fund Finance. Within our product group we have teams covering Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Real Estate Syndicated Finance and Loan Syndications.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and/or Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and/or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and/or Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and/or GTM/Payments .
- Previous experience originating, structuring and executing transactions related to investment banking, traditional corporate lending or other credit related products.
- Prior experience identifying product offerings and preparing information for client discussions.
- Proven track record reviewing and interpreting credit policies and procedures and incorporate requirements into credit analysis, observations and lending recommendations.
- Experience presenting recommendations for growing and maintaining a portfolio of profitable clients in assigned market through pro-active, strategic and consistent business development and client retention.
- Ability to perform credit underwriting work of peers in accounting for all risk factors and provide associated risk rating recommendations.
- Solid level of experience of preparing deal summary memorandums to assist in pitching new opportunities.
- Knowledge of reviewing and assisting in the development of loan agreements and ancillary documents related to the closing of a real estate financing transaction.
- Previous hands-on experience in running internal models to assess transaction profitability and risk ratings.
- Ability to stay diligent and focused, taking initiative to proactively improve our coverage, pitching and execution with core clients.
- Be a strong team player, focused on team building and partnership within the team and with other partners.
- Possess strong inter-personal skills, with an ability to engage and develop relationships with clients
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders whilst working in a dynamic & complex environment.
- Working knowledge of banking products including Treasury Management, Debt Capital Markets, Loan Syndication, Interest Rate and Commodity Risk management and Foreign Exchange.
