About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Wealth Underwriting Assistant.
In this role, you will:
- Support performance and overall effectiveness of a team and cross-group administrative operations within Wealth Underwriting functional area
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with functional area impact
- Perform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives within Wealth Underwriting functional area that require planning, evaluation and interpretation
- Prioritize work and provide day to day leadership and mentorship to a Wealth Underwriting team
- Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among multiple teams
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to an immediate team and Wealth Underwriting functional area on a wide range of information
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Wealth Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Pre-Underwriting, Real Estate Spreading, Financial Spreading, Credit Bureaus, mortgage.
Job expectation:
Shift timings: 1.30 PM - 10.30 PM IST
