Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Design & Refurbishment Manager within Consumer Small Business Banking Branch Channel Management organization.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Retail Design & Refurbishment Manager to oversee the refurbishment of our extensive fleet of retail spaces across several regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, space planning, and team coordination within the retail environment. This role is critical in ensuring that all refurbishments align with corporate standards, enhance customer experience, and drive sales performance.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage the refurbishment project teams for multiple retail locations, across multiple regions, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Have experience in large scale retail rollout programs and working relevant knowledge regular and consistent , complex reporting rigors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of refurbishment initiatives.
- Conduct site assessments to determine refurbishment needs and identify potential challenges before project initiation.
- Have leadership experience communicating with contractors, vendors, and material suppliers services required for renovations.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.
- Analyze post-refurbishment results, gathering customer feedback and sales data to assess the impact of refurbishments.
- Ensure consistency in brand presentation and compliance with corporate policies across all retail spaces.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years of experience in project management or site management within the retail sector.
- 3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with third party architectural firms
- Experience in managing large-scale refurbishment projects across multiple locations
- Experience executing and influencing in a heavily matrixed environment
- Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Experience of setting goals and achieving project results
- Experience in managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Bluebeam or similar construction software
- Experience working in Microsoft Project Suite
