About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, and other complex data analysis to maximize profits and asset growth and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards.
- Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed.
- Work as a leader to drive value to the business.
- Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews.
- Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Lead projects, serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Work with onshore partner to understand the business requirement and deliver a proper solution to drive business value and insights.
- Hands on experience with CRM products (Microsoft and Salesforce), Microsoft technology stack (power apps, power BI, Azure data stack), Reporting and Analytics (Tableau and Power BI)
- 12+ years of experience performing Business Analysis, defining Requirements (writing epics and user stories), agile development and Change enablement.
- work with USA team teams on story completion
- Ability to write stories but most importantly someone who is able to enhance stories based on conversation with India tech teams
- JIRA skills
- Ability to create and deliver meaningful and impactful presentations
- 12+ years of Hands on experience with Data analysis (SQL, Excel, SAS), Analysis and Banking.
- Ability to do some initial analysis and then be able to work with the various teams to move the issue from discovery to completed.
- Ability to explain what happened, what was done to fix the issue, and what steps are being taken to assure the issue does not happen in the future
- SQL Skills, Teradata Skills, SAS Skills, Analytics Skill
- Ability to stich data together
- Experience in powerbi will be added benefit
