Information Management Business Execution Senior Manager

We are seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to join the Information Management Utility Leadership Team and lead a cross-functional horizontal support team based in San Antonio, TX. This role will manage a team responsible for special projects, strategy, quality, and governance functions, providing leadership and strategic direction to the site and contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants, ensuring successful planning, integration, conflict resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, offering insights and consultative services to help align business problems with IMU solutions.
- Program and Initiative Management: Provide leadership for cross-functional teams to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk.
- Change Management: Proactively identify potential risks when implementing changes and develop mitigation strategies and plans, such as process improvement, redesign, significant change management initiatives, or oversight of enterprise-wide programs.
- Capital Site Strategy: Provide leadership and decision-making for capital site strategy and other strategic initiatives within the Information Management Utility.
- Resource Management: Collaborate with functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo’s strategy and business line objectives.
- Performance Measurement: Develop metrics and track/evaluate the performance of programs, services, and initiatives. Ensure plans and programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
- Talent Development: Foster a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy, ensuring the growth and success of team members.

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 3+ years of Management experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong active relationships across one or more major business divisions (e.g., Consumer Lending, Wealth and Investment Management, Commercial Banking).
- Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership, with strong business consulting and relationship management skills.
- Extensive experience designing and leading large-scale cross-enterprise programs, with a focus on change management functions.
- Ability to manage effectively within a matrixed organization, exhibiting a balance of confidence and humility through exceptional listening skills.
- Proven ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills combined with a strategic business focus and vision.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.
