About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Design Research Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Research and design of the existing mobile and internet channels while following existing branding protocols
- Work with internal teams to implement approved design strategies and research and plan mobile and internet channel creation and expansion
- Research growth opportunities that advance the online customer experience strategy
- Create or collaborate on new and existing web or multimedia applications
- Ensure consistency throughout the creation of electronic communications and websites by utilizing company brand and quality standards
- Collaborate and consult with other designers and internal groups
- Mentor less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Website or Application Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Support Platform, CX Strategy & Operational Leads and Configuration Leads for successful survey implementations and onboarding with focus in Requirements and Testing.
- Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Responsible for creating QA & UAT test plans/scripts, QA test completion, coordination of UAT testing, defect entry and tracking in JIRA and consolidation/documentation of all test results.
- Work closely and independently with partners (internal clients) and senior management stakeholders regarding testing, user access and process documentation.
- Supports Access, Hierarchy and Testing processes with partner teams.
- Works to ensure all process documentation is current, assist with ADA defect entry and provide archiving support to Product Owners.
- Accountable for driving as much standardization as possible across all implementations through continuous improvement activities.
- Lead, organize and participate in PAM/department-wide initiatives.
- Engage with cross culture team members and stakeholders.
- Ready to work across geographies (India and USA) and be available during evening/early night hours for overlap with our US partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in QA, Project Management experience, and requirements gathering experience.
- Good working knowledge on MS Office Suite, especially Excel including basic functions (Filters, VLOOKUP, Pivots etc.).
- Proven track record of working in Agile environment.
- Working independently and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Great communications skills verbally and in writing.
- Should have a strong understanding of the SDLC and ability to work in an agile environment.
- CX platform experience such as Medallia/Qualtrics
- Agile Experience
- JIRA experience
- Experience designing customer/employee satisfaction surveys
- SharePoint Site Administration /Owner Experience
- Net Promoter Score experience
- Understanding of ADA Policy and Testing Methodologies
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of Visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableau
