Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in development of planning and executing increasingly complex highly visible programs within marketing

  • Contribute to marketing, creative or product management for major product lines and provide expert level consultation in one or more areas critical to E-business success such as marketing programs, new products, or product enhancements

  • Review and analyze moderately complex information across projects or programs to present findings and recommend solutions to management while developing work plans, campaign requirements, establishing milestones and reports comparing results to projections

  • Analyze product collateral design, development, distribution, regional marketing, and sales support including local advertising or brand awareness, sponsorships, promotions, sales campaigns, tracking, research, and reporting on trends and program effectiveness

  • Lead team to meet marketing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing

  • Collaborate and consult with product areas, technology, customer care, other organizational units, alliance partners, vendors, and line managers to recommend solutions to a wide range of difficult problems

  • Mentor other marketing professionals


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, talent marketing, or employer branding functions supporting various hiring campaigns in at least two of the following areas: university hiring campaigns, employee referral programs, internal talent mobility, social and/or digital media campaigns, recruitment advertising media.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email marketing software, content management systems, video editing tools, and creative suites.

  • Project management and implementation experience, managing projects from beginning to end, that vary in scope and complexity while meeting deadlines within a request board/ticketing system.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent attraction and engagement.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Marketing agency, advertising agency, or corporate brand management experience

  • Experience collaborating and influencing leaders, peers, and colleagues in a large, matrixed environment.

  • Experience of working in International and/or global roles.

Job Expectations:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and engage talent across all channels, with a focus on digital platforms.

  • Create and execute innovative strategic marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and engagement with potential talent.

  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Review content for accuracy, consistency. Partner with legal and compliance for review of adherence to standards. Implement quality control processes to maintain high content standards.

  • Participate and lead complex cross-functional groups to create, edit, and manage digital content for more advanced marketing campaigns, programs or initiatives that enable seamless talent engagement across all channels.

  • Design and implement strategies to engage passive talent and build long-term relationships utilizing recruitment marketing platforms and technologies.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform strategy development.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align talent marketing efforts with the overall organizational storytelling.

  • Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to strategize, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing, development strategies and programs with broad impact.
