About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineering Associate.
In this role, you will:
- Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests, and evaluates process and workflow data
- Prepare process requirements
- Provide operational and analytical support for Process Engineers
- Assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities
- Make recommendations based on analyses
- Provide process updates with business partners, to ensure compliance with operative policies and regulations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Hands on experience with process mapping tools such as IGrafx, ARIS, Signavio, Visio BPM etc.
- Should be well versed with techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, JIRA, SharePoint, and advanced Excel
- Experience with Risk Identification Techniques like RCSA, Root Cause analysis, Control reviews/testing and audits will be preferred

Job Expectations:
- Develop and lead design initiatives that encompass analyses and future state redesigns
- Support maintenance of Service Models, Process Models and process inventory data attributes by adhering to modeling standards and inventory management best practices and business routines
- Liaison with subject matter experts and onshore partners to understand and document business processes
- Complete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions
- Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities
- Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
- Remains current with changes in common enterprise Operation and Process Excellence framework, methods, techniques, tools, training, and language Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Works with onshore partners, EBPM librarians and leadership to ensure process definition activities are delivered on time with high quality
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
