About this role:
Wells Fargo is looking for an exceptional DE&I Consultant Practitioner to spearhead DE&I initiatives throughout EMEA business lines. This pivotal position involves offering valuable recommendations to senior leaders and the COE community, establishing objectives for inclusive representation and equity, and working closely with stakeholders to fulfill regulatory standards and improve employee retention. The role also entails teaming up with HR to develop impactful talent initiatives, providing guidance on council efficiency, and interacting with local entities.

In this role, you will:
Design and manage DE&I strategy and initiatives within the lines of business in EMEA.
Earn trust across a range of levels and disciplines to establish yourself and the team as a trusted DE&I SME with business partners and the Center of Excellence (COE) community.
Provide consulting to senior leaders and COE community to develop actionable reports, metrics, insights; Offer tactical recommendations to address and resolve DE&I issues for all levels of employees within the supported organization.
Develop acute organizational/functional DE&I goals to support the increase of diverse representation, while ensuring a fair approach to retention, attrition, and sentiment of inclusion across key demographics.
Support, advise, and collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor and fulfill all regulatory requirements, commitments, and attestations.
Partner with HR and Talent Management to support effective execution of talent programs within the EMEA organization.
Support and advise EMEA DE&I Council stakeholders, including Executive Sponsor and Council Co-Chairs, to drive the effectiveness of the Council and its initiatives.
Represent DSRI and its objectives through engagement with local firms and organizations to further Wells Fargo branding and connections throughout the diverse talent community.
Lead compelling, data-driven discussions with our leaders, providing appropriate insight to implement recommendations and industry best practices.
Demonstrate maturity and professional courage to consistently model inclusive and equitable leadership.
Demonstrate continuous learning and development in disciplines related to DE&I and apply learnings to day-to-day activities.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically.
Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, work across a complex matrix, and build relationships is critical.
Strong project management skills, successful collaboration with colleagues, and a strong results orientation.
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
A results-oriented and resourceful leader who is capable of quickly taking control of their responsibilities and establishing themselves as a credible strategic partner.
A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and leaders.
Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective HR or talent programs and strategies.
Ability to motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups without authority.
Influences others to achieve solutions to meet organization’s objectives, and is proactive in providing solutions, resolving issues, and overcoming hurdles to results.
Strong interpersonal awareness and skills.
Attention to detail; strong contracting skills; and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude are required to manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables.
Creative thinking and ability to execute and measure the effectiveness of new ideas.
