Business Accountability Associate Manager

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Associate Manager to be part of Enterprise Complaints Remediations- Operations Risk Review team.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise coordinators in performance of less complex tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance of assigned work
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, risk management, and control opportunities
- Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of senior management, leverage interpretation of existing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for aligned department or business group
- Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in banking industry such as Consumer lending, Wholesale banking, Wealth and Investment, Cards, Deposits
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze data
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to motivate team members and provide feedback
- Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, and other business stakeholders to provide feedback, credibly challenge issues, and calibrate, as needed, to ensure alignment, consistency, and accuracy across groups
- Participate in cross-organizational or internal operational initiatives and improvement efforts
- Participate in research, assessment, and documentation of matters relating to the business’ policy and regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, or control efforts; identify patterns and trends and looks for opportunities for procedural or control improvements within area of focus
Job Expectations:
- Willing to work on evening schedule (6 PM-3 AM Manila time)
- Location will be at Five Neo, BGC.
