About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to execute incident management responsibilities with in the Global Incident Command Center (GICC) in Charlotte NC. The GICC is charged with monitoring, analyzing and escalating enterprise level events that may have negative impact to Wells Fargo customers, employees, properties or operations. The GICC is part of Wells Fargo's Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) team and provides enterprise level support on 24/7/365 basis through three strategically located command centers located in Charlotte NC, Chandler AZ, and Bengaluru India.
The position will support, train and mentor a team that execute on an "all-hazards" approach to incident management. Enterprise level events spans the gamut from technology outages, to physical threats to people and property, to severe weather and natural disasters and financial market disruptions. Incumbent responsibilities of the position include providing oversight and impact summaries for any potential or existing incidents based upon defined and repeatable impact assessment methodologies, and the escalation of events to ensure timely and effective response by Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) and key leaders throughout the enterprise.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Triggering the broader Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) and support response model when activated including notification and call support for:
- Emerging risk and incident assessment
- Activation of the company’s Enterprise Incident Command Center response structure
- Communicating risk and response activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
In this role, you will:
- Act as a key business advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills and extensive knowledge of banking business operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the GICC regarding the analysis of business associated risk, execution of the incident management process and application of the risk taxonomy
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications, US:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Education in and/or experience with concepts of incident management and risk intelligence
- Understanding of resiliency, emergency management, and incident response
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Effectively work in a highly matrixed organization
- Knowledge and understanding of business intelligence
- Familiarity with ArcGIS or other geospatial mapping tools
- Familiarity with Everbridge Mass Notification or other notification tools
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work in a 24/7 command center
- This position will require on-call, weekends, and holiday work as needed
- Education in and/or experience with concepts of incident management and risk intelligence
- Understanding of resiliency, emergency management,, and incident response
- Contribute to the development and refinement of incident response procedures, job aides
