Wells Fargo is seeking a Vice President - Lead Credit Portfolio Consultant to support Policy and Procedure development and implementation across Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio Management. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:
- Enhance and implement CRE Credit Policy Procedures by partnering with business subject matter experts to drive improvements and efficiencies
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management leadership and team members to develop procedures and job aids to align with Credit Policy
- Coordinate with Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses and technology stakeholders to drive consistent controls and procedures in implementing Policy
- Collaborate with Independent Risk Management in the execution of Policy to ensure alignment with Wells Fargo’s risk appetite and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Credit Consulting Portfolio experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Commercial real estate experience
- Control or COO experience
Loan underwriting experience
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting
Ability to thoroughly analyze credit policy and process on an independent basis and communicate findings in a concise manner
Knowledge and understanding of CRE credit products
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel as needed
Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
