Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Wires and Me2Me Payments Product Team within Consumer and Small Business Banking Payments. Reporting to the Product Director, this role will be accountable for the overall Consumer and Small Business Wires strategy including setting the vision, determining objectives and key results on an annual basis, overseeing business performance including financials, customer experience, and risk measures. This leader will be responsible for working in partnership with other leaders across the Wires team, channel partners, operations group, and the risk community to ensure the Wires product meets and exceeds internal and customer expectations.

In this role, you will:
Support the Product Director in owning, defining, and driving the Wires strategy and roadmap
Lead engagement with key internal stakeholders across the organization including Technology, Digital, Operations Independent Risk Management, and Legal
Support creation of a culture of orientation to the customer and to data
Partner closely with Deposits, Digital, and Fraud teams to balance customer experience, business growth, and fraud risk management objectives
Lead or participate in moderately to highly complex initiatives and deliverables by utilizing data-driven, advanced analytical techniques to make actionable insights, trends, recommendations, or contribute to large-scale planning that has a broader impact
Develop business segmentation, customer profiling, benchmarking, forecasting, perform vintage analysis and create strategies
Support the business to understand revenue, pricing, complaints and customer feedback using insightful analytics
Enable actionable insights for senior leaders through delivery of timely, executive-level communications.
Communicate actionable insights and recommendations using data in a digestible format to a wide variety of audiences to include non-technical audience of varying levels
Required Qualifications, US:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Consumer and Small Business Deposit Payment Products experience (e.g. Wires, Bank to Bank Transfer, Bill Pay, Zelle)
Ability to analyze data to identify issues or opportunities with business and road map priorities
Develop reporting and insights to help business decisions which includes root-cause analysis of complaints, reporting on SLAs, KRIs, and trends
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to payment products
Expert verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
Ability to effectively communicate, create and deliver dynamic presentations to all levels of the organization
Experience with benchmarking, data, analysis, metrics and financials to identify opportunities or understand problems

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
Ability to travel up to 5% of time

Pay Range:
New York - New York Pay Range: $138,500 – $287,600 annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
San Francisco - California Pay Range: $138,500 – $287,600 annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
Concord - California Pay Range: $138,500 – $287,600 annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
Minneapolis – Minnesota Pay Range: $120,400 – $250,000 annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
