About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong management experience with 6 + years in leading and managing technology tools, collaboration platforms, and Power BI analytics & reporting operations in a global Banking / Financial Services environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of collaboration tools, reporting, analytics, data visualization, data modeling, or data warehousing
  • Expert level knowledge of SharePoint Online tools (development, maintenance, and governance within an enterprise structure), Power BI, Power Query, VBA/Macros, SQL, Advanced Excel, Power Apps, Data Automation, and Row Level Security. Working knowledge of Power BI Desktop creating tables, matrices, graphs, drill downs, drill throughs, tooltips, and KPIs. Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including M365 and MS Teams.
  • Deep experience in a technology organization, managing customer needs and request intake, project development, gathering business requirements, delivering tools and solutions.
  • Strong experience in managing people, developing strong performing teams and mentoring / coaching
  • Exhibits strong relationship / negotiation orientation with senior level business partners globally.
  • Senior level experience in or exposure to change management/ program management/ solutions at global level preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong client orientation and understanding of operational risk.
  • Ability to drive change and transformation, project management & implementation in business operations.

Job Expectation:

  • Lead India resources of the Global Desktop Tools Team and Global Business Analytics & Reporting Team, working closely with the Global functional leaders and teammates of these centralized functions to execute and implement Microsoft SharePoint/Power App tools, Power BI dashboard and automation solutions that improve delivery, reduce cost, and drive consistency for Corporate Risk.
  • Perform as a working manager of SharePoint developers and data analysts at various levels to build, maintain, and govern collaboration tools. Provide in-moment feedback and guide team in reconciling/troubleshooting errors and issues of a SharePoint or reporting solution. Provide challenge/review of a solution’s features, visuals, KPIs/measures, underlying datasets and data models.
  • Work in partnership with Global functional leaders to serve as a primary contact for business partner engagement to senior business leaders across Corporate Risk. Provide efficient and seamless engagement and intake experience that captures periodic customer feedback to deliver high quality solutions in a timely manner using Agile methodology.
  • Connect the dots with other processes/products across the portfolio of solutions to proactively identify and solve for related impacts, dependencies, and issues. Collect and critically evaluate relevant functional, business and/or external data and information, identifying key takeaways, patterns, connections, and trends from large quantities of data or information.
