Wells Fargo India and Philippines (I&P) is an integral part of the Well Fargo Enterprise and provide Operations and Technology support to the WF Enterprise Business. WFIP operates out of 4 sites across 2 countries and currently has c28, 000 employees supporting all lines of business covering business operation, technology development and support.

In this role, one will need to:

  • Support the product owners in executing projects using agile methodology
  • Understand business requirement, challenges, customization desired for a given function and create user stories
  • Collaborate with technology (develop team) to build /customize the functionalities on the precision lender platform specific to the business
  • Conduct robust testing and plan for seamless roll out
  • Manage BAU system updates/upgrades and act as a point person for specific functionality/feature/business
  • Manage and report program progress to the product owner periodically; escalate as required

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years of total work experience preferably for Workflow implementation
  • Should have strong understanding of Treasury Management/ Credit and Deposit processes, products, and cash management concepts -[I.E. Treasury Management / Credit analyzed products and services, account analysis billing, liquidity and deposit products]
  • Financial services experience and good understanding of operational metrics (Both P&L and B/S)
  • Experience in implementation of workflow management tools to streamline business processes

Desired Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 3+ years in product management / program management/ business analyst role in technology industry (Banking domain)
  • Exposure to banking especially on credit processes, pricing will be added advantage
  • Good exposure to Excel and ability to write complex SQL queries
  • Strong comprehension of data, front-end application, and end-users/downstream systems
  • Able to understand complex business situations and problems
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to work closely with end users in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology and/or master’s in finance or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in the banking domain
  • Has worked extensively on Agile tools like Jira
