About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator in Consumer Lending as part of the Home Lending Loan Transfer Operations (LTO) team. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.The Senior Business Execution Administrator will be re sponsible for coordinating and executing activities associated with loan servicing transfers. A Senior Business Execution Administrator may work independently or within a transfer team consisting of LTO Business Execution Consultants and/or Associates, Home Lending business units and outside business partners. The work may involve research, issue resolution and monitoring of the service release transfer plans and other duties as assigned.
In this role, you will:
- Execute transfer plans based on transfer requirements.
- Work with external and internal business partners in the coordination of transfer activities
- Track and update transfer plans, issues log, work in flight and other transfer documents.
- Document and support resolution of transfer issues
- Schedule meetings with business units and new servicers
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes.
- Support data transfer and testing activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of mortgage servicing industry.
- Project management experience
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced/high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization.
- Experience documenting meeting minutes while summarizing and distributing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Intermediate skills and knowledge of: MSP, Excel, Access, Business Objects, Word, Power Point
