In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot for building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Proficient in Angular with a solid understanding of front-end frameworks and component-based architecture.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, UDeploy, or Harness for automated build and deployment processes.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in iterative development cycles.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues in distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
Job Expectations:
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable software solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services using Angular and RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code integration, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other technical challenges in production and non-production environments.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain high-quality standards across the team.
