About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation


In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
  • Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
  • File, photocopy, and answer phones
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Work under close supervision following established procedures


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ months cash handling or vault experience
  • 10-key numerical data entry experience
  • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment, under limited supervision
  • Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven environment


Job Expectations:

  • Training: 2 weeks
  • Hours: Mon -Friday 9 am-6 pm or until the work is completed (Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business)
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours of work
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds/cash lifting and pulling vault
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
