Department Overview

Global Treasury Management provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor who will be part of the client onboarding team.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services.
  • Coordinate with customer service representatives regarding submitted customer requests.
  • Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed.
  • Communicate product dependencies and establishes timeline for implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and client services as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs.
  • May perform post implementation analysis.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Completed 2 years in College or better


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of financial services
  • Essential computer skills including outlook, excel, word, and SharePoint. Preferably strong knowledge with Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated advanced organizational skills
  • Adept in working with various SLAs or TATs, proficient in meeting deadlines
  • 2 years of College

Job Expectations:

  • Role is already reporting onsite following a hybrid set up
  • Role follows rotating shifts on a quarterly basis:
    • 1st shift is 2:00PM – 11:00PM
    • 2nd shift is 6:00PM – 3:00AM
    • 3rd shift is 12:00AM – 9:00AM
