About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Specialist for our Payments Transformation and Industry Initiatives Team as part of Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Operations knowledge and experience with Cash management, SWIFT Industry initiatives, wire payments and Securities Operations/Broker Dealer processes and/or applications and systems
- Diverse background in Operations, Project Management, Data Analysis, and/or Strategic Planning
- Experience managing large scale transformational initiatives, including automation and platform modernization
- Working with Operations leadership team, Technology, and other support functions to assess multiple regulatory/industry/SHRP obligations, Operational process improvements, Technology upgrades, and business growth opportunities to create a strategic plan for delivery across the change portfolio
- Scope and business case identification, Risk Analysis creation
- Exceptional relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence decision making
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, critical thinking, and resourcefulness to identify and resolve problems and incidents
- Ability to work effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a matrixed and dynamic team environment, across all organizational levels with flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
- Advanced organizational skills with high diligence and accuracy
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, and creating concise communications to senior leaders
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00Benefits
