The Banking CAO team, in alignment with Banking’s leadership team and COO, is a team of highly consultative professionals that drive strategy execution, business management, research and analysis, competitive intelligence, business planning, internal and external executive communications, human capital strategies including talent and analytics planning, and oversight of cultural and developmental initiatives across the organization.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute on strategic priorities requiring deep analyses of internal metrics and industry trends
  • Execute on a portfolio of strategy and business management projects which lead to business outcomes that drive progress on key goals
  • Execute on business management projects including managing routines and disciplines, vendor management, real estate planning, and coordinating with various cross-functional areas including COO, CAO, HR, Finance, Strategy, Legal, Compliance etc.
  • Craft clear and compelling narratives by leveraging creative data visualization and story-telling to enable opportunity prioritization, recommendations, and broad consensus, which ultimately influences the strategic agenda


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience at a global, highly matrixed financial services firm
  • Experience working in or with front-line Banking teams and leadership
  • Experience executing large research projects on complex topics with clear deliverables and recommendations
  • Ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions
  • Thought leader in topics that improve the overall franchise, including strategies to drive revenue, improve efficiency, create leverage and scale, and increase process and metrics that drive behavioral change
  • Advanced level knowledge of the Investment Banking and Corporate Banking businesses
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations and reporting
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, communicate ideas and results effectively, and drive consensus throughout the organization
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and act with urgency when supporting leadership requests

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
