This position will be responsible for driving organizational efficiency, enhance operational framework, and foster a high-performing culture that aligns with our strategic vision.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and hold a team of administrative professionals accountable to clear objectives and expectations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration amongst the administrative team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Ensure timely completion, quality, and adherence with compliance for all administrative procedures.
- Identify opportunities and provide guidance on administrative support core responsibilities.
- Mitigate risk within our oversight of administrative support in all areas.
- Make day-to-day supervisory decisions on workflow, management, communications, and oversight of administrative procedures.
- Collaborate and consult with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, while recommending strategies to implement change and improvements to process.
- Interact daily with the administrative team and collaborate on core administrative services with other administrative managers to optimize workflow and efficiencies.
- Providing an elevated level of customer service to our leadership.
- Manage allocation of administrative work throughout the supported footprint to ensure deadlines and initiatives are being met in a timely manner.
- Inspire a talented team while providing development and career guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience leading initiatives across Commercial Banking.
- Proven history participating in administrative business objectives such as Concur, Expense Management, Meetings, Events, Sponsorships and Memberships.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and initiatives.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Power Point, Teams Channels.
- Ability to understand and write desk procedures.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working with Senior Level Leaders.
- Experience leading through change efforts.
- Ability to innovate new, fresh ideas and solutions to help simplify how we manage work.
- Experience managing work and/or employees across multiple businesses and/or geographies.
Job Expectations:
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00Benefits
