About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to join the program team as part of the Core Banking Modernization group within Enterprise Data & Platforms. We are seeking a talented individual to help manage technology solutions in support of the core banking modernization journey. This individual will collaborate with and influence technology and business partners to drive core banking modernization for the enterprise to completion. This role is critical in shaping the foundational systems that power how we manage customer information, accounts, transactions, and applications across the bank.
In this role, you will:
Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverages data to convey a meaningful story
Detail oriented with solid analytics and insights skills and the ability to synthesize data to make decisions
Knowledge and understanding of product or program management. Development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
Strong sense of urgency and results oriented with the ability to motivate teams and mobilize resources
Self-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teams
Ability to create strategies and build products and solutions tailored to unique customer needs
Experience working in an Agile organization
Proven track record of delivering results
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners
