About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Employee Relations Analyst.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in developing and maintaining client relationships for low complexity initiatives
- Generate business outcomes for Employee Relations functional area
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures within Human Resources for which answers can be quickly obtained and are related to low risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impact
- Receive direction from Employee Relations manager and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing an understanding of Employee Relations functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of human resources advisory or customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Participate in developing and maintaining client relationships for low complexity initiatives
- Generate business outcomes for Employee Relations functional area
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures within Human Resources for which answers can be quickly obtained and are related to low risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impact

- Provide information to Employee Relations managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal, and external customers
