About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Regional Technology Project Management and Governance Consultant to join the team in Singapore.

This role is to identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for Asia Pacific regionwide technology projects. Scope would include projects across both infrastructure and applications. Role would work with Enterprise and International technology product owners and partners.

The role will report to the APAC Regional Head of Technology.

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying the solutions that are cost effective and meet business requirements

• Work closely with the regional business stakeholders to understand the needs

• Liaise with technology delivery leads to understand product / service capabilities

• Present recommendations for resolving business problems to senior management

• Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules

• Provide communication between business and technology teams

• For enterprise run projects, provide regional governance and advice

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 4+ years of technology project management / governance experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrable delivery track record of technology infrastructure or business application projects

• Excellent communication skills to work with global and regional partners

• Strong level of proficiency in MS-Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• Experience in delivering projects spanning across many countries across the Asia Pacific region

• Adaptable to work with people from different cultural and geographical backgrounds located in different time zones

• PMP, Scrum Master, CPM or equivalent certification in Project Management

• Experience in handing a project end to end including project planning, resource management, stakeholder management, risk management, scheduling and project governance.
