About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Communications Consultant to join our Internal Communications team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing communications strategies that inform, inspire and engage employees across India and the Philippines region. The candidate will be at the forefront of driving high-impact campaigns, creating compelling content, managing key internal channels, and helping build a strong, connected workplace culture.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead or execute communication based initiatives and activities

  • Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo’s reputation

  • Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives

  • Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content

  • Experience managing multi-channel communications in a global or regional context

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for connecting people through communication

  • Experience working in a large global organization or matrixed environment

  • Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, email marketing platforms, digital signage systems, etc.

  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades and influences decision making

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skill


Job Expectations:

  • Partner with the regional communications lead to design and deliver region-wide internal campaigns aligned with business and enterprise priorities

  • Craft clear, creative, and meaningful content for employees-ranging from newsletters and intranet articles to leader messages, digital signage and more

  • Own and manage internal communication channels like newsletters, podcasts, digital signage, SharePoint, etc.

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics, turning data into insights that help optimize communication strategy and content.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business units, HR, CSR, CPG, and leadership to amplify key initiatives

  • Bring a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution

  • Be proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs

  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
