About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Communications Consultant to join our Internal Communications team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing communications strategies that inform, inspire and engage employees across India and the Philippines region. The candidate will be at the forefront of driving high-impact campaigns, creating compelling content, managing key internal channels, and helping build a strong, connected workplace culture.
In this role, you will:
Lead or execute communication based initiatives and activities
Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo’s reputation
Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content
Experience managing multi-channel communications in a global or regional context
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for connecting people through communication
Experience working in a large global organization or matrixed environment
Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, email marketing platforms, digital signage systems, etc.
Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades and influences decision making
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skill
Job Expectations:
Partner with the regional communications lead to design and deliver region-wide internal campaigns aligned with business and enterprise priorities
Craft clear, creative, and meaningful content for employees-ranging from newsletters and intranet articles to leader messages, digital signage and more
Own and manage internal communication channels like newsletters, podcasts, digital signage, SharePoint, etc.
Track and analyze engagement metrics, turning data into insights that help optimize communication strategy and content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business units, HR, CSR, CPG, and leadership to amplify key initiatives
Bring a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
Be proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs
Maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
