About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Consultant for their In-House Advertising Agency. This role will oversee a primarily Apple Macintosh environment in bank that is primarily Windows supported. As a Senior Lead of a critical function in a small and distinct group, this role will carry a great deal of responsibility, influence and business impact.
In this role, you will:
Configure and administer all hosting platforms managed by the In-House Agency, including managing all related enterprise registrations, technology team service requisition and policy requirements
Ensure all needed access to all In-House Agency required systems is maintained at all times
Facilitate software, website and service platform updates/migrations (milestone updates and daily operations)
Oversee and ensure compliance with all Corporate Information Security initiatives, including site penetration tests, risk reviews and associated registrations and attestations
Initiate, manage and maintain all versions and deployments of all agency software and systems
Develop and manage In-House Agency team member onboarding and software/system/platform provisioning
Direct implementation groups to ensure software/systems fulfillment and to manage and complete enterprise IT initiatives that impact the In House Agency
Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
Set and maintain standards for servers, applications, access management and systems policy compliance for all In-House Agency technology
Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in one or more of the following environments: Large Corporate IT department supporting Mac and Windows systems; Advertising Agency IT; Video production team IT; Web development team IT and systems configuration
Advanced understanding of corporate technology policies and typical operations
Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with key business partners/stakeholders including senior management
Experience managing complex projects
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
Job Expectations:
Ability to work a hybrid schedule working on-site at one of the office locations listed below

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00Benefits
