About this role:

Wells Fargo Corporate Security is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant/Strategy. As a Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will work across the Standards and Equipment team within Corporate Security team to drive strategic programs, process improvement initiatives, and mitigate risk.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

  • Collaborate and consult with leaders of the Business Execution team and partner businesses to drive strategic initiatives

Locations: Charlotte, NC-Three Wells Fargo Center or Customer Information Center (CIC); West Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; Chandler, AZ

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consulting firm or similar experience

  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels

  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels including executive

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Strategic, “outside the box” thinking and the ability to ramp up on unfamiliar topics quickly and effectively

  • Ability to mitigate risk within processes and procedures

  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work the hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
